Regional Sales Directors
We are currently seeking Regional Sales Directors for “solution selling” of both stand-alone and integrated systems. The Regional Sales Director is responsible for all aspects of generating new business within their territory (the territory may be subject to change periodically as business demands change). This includes identifying, developing and closing business. The successful candidate must possess leadership qualities and have prior experience working with Dealer/Integrators as well as selling direct. Good prospecting skills required and the ability to sell technical products.
- Represent White Systems to all potential customers to generate new business.
- You must be able to sell direct as well as working within a Dealer Network.
- You must be knowledgeable of the company’s products and services.
- Accurate and timely reporting of BUD (business under development) schedules.
- A yearly sales plan with a mid year update must be completed.
- Arrange all travel and maintain travel expenses within plan.
- Ensure all order documentation is submitted accurately. Any error or omissions made will impact the commission payout.
- A minimum of four (4) customer visits per day should be a goal.
- Office time should be no more than 1 day every two weeks.
- Attend industry events as needed.
This position requires the following:
- An Associates Degree in Business, Engineering or Marketing is required but a Bachelors Degree is preferred.
- Must have a min. of 3-5 years material handling industry experience and/or experience in sales and marketing of capital goods.
- Must be a self-starter, motivated, excellent communication skills with some technical knowledge.
