Software Support Analyst

The primary responsibility of this position is to provide telephone and online support, troubleshoot hardware and software issued, train users, and provide integration support for new software installations using online Webex tools for a variety of material handling products that we support.

This position requires a strong background in PC hardware, software, networking and relational databases. Prior IT help desk support is a definite plus.

All candidates must possess the following qualifications in order to be considered an applicant:

  • BA in Computer Science or Equivalent Technical Institution (DeVry or Chubb)
  • Basic understanding of Novell and DOS
  • Working knowledge of various DBMS systems, i.e. Oracle, SQL and MS Access
  • Project Management experience along with knowledge of MS Projects
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Occasional overnight travel may be required
