Software Support

Software Support - White Systems can provide the support for all of your software needs. Quality service, commitment, and loyalty to our customers, is only part of what we can offer. Our list of available software support agreements includes:

  • Standard software support agreement.  White Systems help desk telephone support is available at 1 (800) 571-8822 on weekdays from 8am to 8pm Eastern Time.
  • 24/7 software support. Our technical support staff will be available to you 24 hours per day, 7 days per week for all your software needs. You will receive a dedicated phone number to reach our staff whenever assistance is needed.
  • On-line support. If you have access to the Internet, White Systems can provide software support by working with your system directly from our location.

Data Conversion – If you have an older version of Spectrum software, White Systems has specialized tools to take your existing data and convert it to the new filing convention. This saves days of analysis and labor during the implementation process.

Slotting Services - Slotting is a practical application of analysis on a set of products over a period of time.  The analysis consists of evaluating the velocity and volume movement of each item.  This analysis yields the necessary velocity and cube requirements for each item relative to the entire set of products.

The slotting service helps to define: Stock Item Profile (velocity, cube, etc.) Common Overstock Cube Sizes Distribution of Slot Sizes Item Pick Face Size and Location Bin Map Layout for Database Move "from/to" Labels.

White Systems offers an Initial Slotting Service which enables you to configure your storage media to match your inventory usage. The Initial Slotting is typically used to set the stage for a Spectrum Advantage implementation, however many customers have realized the benefit of slotting without automation. 

Crystal Reports Training – White Systems trainers will teach your staff how to build and utilize Crystal Reports for all of your reporting needs. With the mass amount of information that is available in the databases, having crystal report expertise on staff will pay dividends.
