Lightree III™

The Lightree III is mounted adjacent to horizontal carousel bins in the picking zone of a carousel pod. A series of display bezels, corresponding to the shelf levels of the bins, is mounted on the body of Lightree III.

Under software control, the Lightree III displays the shelf location, type of transaction, unit of measure, and pick quantity, to guide personnel picking from the carousel.

Sortbar III™

The Sortbar III is typically mounted on a workstation/tote matrix. A series of displays, corresponding to the number of totes on the workstation, is mounted on the body of the Sortbar III.

After the operators pick from the carousels, they are directed to the proper tote(s) by a lit "gumball display." When the operators reach the location, the Sortbar III indicates the quantity of product needed in each tote.
