Once a year, the 40+ service engineers from around the country converge at White’s HQ in Kenilworth NJ for a weekend of seminars and training exercises. The annual event gives the engineers the opportunity to learn new products and service techniques as well as discuss service related issues with their regional counterparts.

To ensure maximum system uptime and reliability, White has assembled one of the largest dedicated service engineering forces in the material handling industry — more than 40 dedicated engineers — regionally located for rapid response.
